Le Chef goes straight to taste

Le Chef starts his career at the restaurant “Prunier Traktir“, specialized in seafood cuisine. Graduates with high regards at CFA Médéric hotel school then worked in the country with stars Chefs : Michel Martinez (La Tour d’Argent) Michel Guérard (Grand Hotel des Thermes), Jacques Chibois (Royal Gray), Alain Senderens (Lucas Carton)

He began a 15 years adventure in Holland, the U.S.A, Australia, Chefing in restaurants then onboard private yachts cruising in the Pacific islands, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean seas. Exotic ingredients gathered from travels, crossings and stopovers inspire a gastronomic fusion cuisine with Asian scents.

He returns to France after creating a private events company in Auckland, New Zealand with his skills and flair, to work with Parisian caterers : Raynier Marchetti, David van Lear, Potel & Chabot, Honoré James, Riem Becker… in a festival of corporate events, exhibitions and seminars. He gives extensive cooking classes for team buliding B2B and B2C events. He is consulting for Atelier Guy Martin in Paris for the culinary fans.

He is back from a road trip in South America with exciting new creations to share.
